Our placeholder annual security review examined the boundaries that protect Rungard devices and customer accounts. This development article demonstrates how security announcements will be published through the new content workflow.

Areas reviewed

The review scope included device identity, onboarding, local authentication, cloud sessions, remote access, update delivery, and the separation between local owner and cloud user credentials.

Findings and follow-up

Security work is tracked according to risk and ownership. Changes that affect a trust boundary receive focused tests and deployment notes before release.

Transparency

When Rungard completes a production review, this page will be replaced with the verified scope, outcome, limitations, and any customer action that is required.

How the review is organized

The review begins with architecture and data-flow documentation, followed by focused testing of authentication, authorization, recovery, tenant separation, local-network exposure, and privileged operations. Findings are recorded with severity, evidence, ownership, and a required verification step.

We treat an absence of reported findings differently from proof that a system is secure. The published result will state what was tested, what was excluded, which environment was used, and how remediation was confirmed.

What customers can expect

Verified issues that require customer action will be communicated with practical upgrade or mitigation instructions. Issues that can be resolved safely through a normal update will follow the established staged rollout and rollback process.

This article remains clearly marked as development content until an actual independent review has been completed and its publication wording has been approved.
